looking at Echo Hill for a function or event:
Can we cater the event ourselves? Yes! At Echo Hill we have a kitchen on the premises that
allows you to cater the function yourselves, or have someone
do it for you.
Can we come in early to decorate?
Yes! When you rent Echo Hill, you have it for the entire
day. You can come in as early as you'd like the morning
of your rental. To help with events
that need
even more time for extensive decorating, rehearsal dinners or any other
preparation, we now offer an "extended rental" option. For an additional fee you
will be guaranteed access to the hall the entire day before your event until
noon the day after. This gives you almost three days to assure every detail
is taken care of! Can we decorate the way we want to?
Yes! Echo Hill has very few limitation to your decorating
scheme! Other than a few sensible rules and requests, you
may decorate to your heart's
delight!
We do request you leave the hall as you found it, but have a blast
making it your own special place for the day. Can we afford it?
Yes! Our clients tell us our rental rates are very reasonable!
A deposit guarantees and holds the date for you and the
remainder is due at least
two weeks before
the event. A security deposit is held and refunded promptly once
the clean-up is finished and the hall returned to the condition
it was
in when rented. Is dinnerware available?
Yes! Echo Hill has dishes and flatware. We also have
off-white tablecloths for all the tables. All of this
is available
for a small additional
fee.
Is there a dance floor and room for a band or DJ?
Yes! Echo Hill has one of the nicest and largest dance floors
in the state. In fact the dance floor alone takes up approximately
half
the
floor square
footage
of the entire building. There is also a very large stage that
gives the musical entertainment of your choice ample room
for instruments
and/or
equipment,
and the acoustics are great! Should we book our event early?
Yes! The reputation of our generous rental policy and friendly
help is spreading by word of mouth from our clients! The hall
is rented
on a
first come first
serve basis, so we recommend you call or see the hall as early
as possible in your
planning process. If you would like we can also send out a
